How do I send a transfer?

Brault Transfer turns a batch of files into a single branded download link, so you're not emailing large attachments. Free accounts get 5 transfers a month at up to 2 GB each; paid plans raise both numbers. See Brault plans and limits for the full table.

On the web app

1. Open the Btransfer panel in the sidebar. (If you don't see it, ask a brandspace admin for transfer permission.)
2. Drag files onto it, or click Upload from device to pick them from your computer. You can also send a file that's already in your workspace: right-click it and choose Send Btransfer, or use Add to BTransfer from its Share dialog.
3. Click Get link. Brault uploads the files and zips them; your download link appears once it's ready, already copied to your clipboard.
4. Optional: turn on password protection (Lite plan and above), or set an expiration of 7, 15, 30, or 90 days (Pro plan and above).

On Brault Desktop for Mac

Drag files or a whole folder onto the Brault Desktop menu bar icon. Brault Desktop builds the transfer and copies the shareable link to your clipboard automatically, no browser required.

Send the link

Paste the link into an email, message, or wherever your client expects it. Anyone with the link can download the files from a public page; no Brault account required.
