• What is the Discord file size limit, and how do I send bigger files?

Discord lets free accounts upload 20 MB per file since August 2026, Nitro Basic 50 MB and Nitro 1 GB. Why a 4K clip still fails and how to share bigger files with a link.

• What is the email attachment size limit, and how do I send bigger files?

Most email providers cap attachments at 20 to 25 MB per message, and Base64 encoding makes files a third bigger. Limits for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Proton and Zoho.

• What is the Gmail attachment size limit, and how do I send bigger files?

Gmail caps attachments at 25 MB per message (50 MB on Enterprise Plus). Why a 20 MB file bounces, what Drive does with bigger ones, and how to send 2 GB free or 250 GB with a link.

• What is the Google Drive file size limit, and why is my upload refused?

Google Drive takes files up to 5 TB each and 750 GB of uploads a day, so the limit you hit is the 15 GB free storage or a Docs conversion cap. What each limit is, and how to send a file that does not fit without using your storage.

• What is the Outlook attachment size limit, and how do I send bigger files?

Outlook.com caps attachments at 25 MB; Microsoft 365 defaults to 35 MB, up to 150 MB if your admin raises it. Which limit applies, why files bounce, and how to send 2 GB free or 250 GB with a link.

• How do I send a transfer?

Send files with Brault Transfer from the web sidebar or the Brault Desktop menu bar: a branded link, optional password and expiration, no attachments.

• What is the Slack file size limit, and why does it say my storage is full?

Slack accepts files up to 1 GB each on every plan, ten per message. "Storage full" on a free workspace is the 90-day window, not a disk. What each limit is, how to free space, and how to share a file over 1 GB.

• Slack storage full: what it means and how to free up space

Slack does not publish a workspace storage cap anymore. On the Free plan, the real limit is the 90-day visibility window on messages and files, not gigabytes. How to check what is using space and free it up.

• What is the WhatsApp file size limit, and how do I send bigger files?

WhatsApp sends documents up to 2 GB, but compresses photos and videos sent as media. How to keep original quality with HD or "send as document", and when a link is better.
