Send a Brault Transfer from your iPhone

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Brault Transfer is built into Brault for iPhone: open the Transfers tab, add files from your library or from the phone, and Brault gives you a link to a branded download page you can share from any app. The caps are the ones of your plan, from 2 GB per transfer on Free to 250 GB on Growth.

Create a transfer

  1. Open the Transfers tab and tap New, or open any file's share options and choose Create transfer link.
  2. Choose where the files come from: Add from Brault picks files already in Brault, so nothing is uploaded twice; Choose from your photos, Capture with the camera and Browse Files upload new items from the phone.
  3. If your plan includes them, turn on Password protect and set Expires in. Password protection starts on Lite, expiry options on Pro; plans and limits has the table.
  4. Tap Create transfer link. The upload runs in the background; when it finishes, the transfer lists its link.
  1. Tap the transfer, then Copy link or Share link.
  2. Paste the link into Mail, Messages, WhatsApp or any app. The recipient opens a download page with your brandspace branding and needs no Brault account.

Track and manage transfers

The Transfers tab lists every link you have sent with its file count, size, expiry, Active status, the link itself with a copy button, and how many times it has been downloaded. Open one to see its details or Deactivate it so the link stops working. Transfers created on the web or from Brault Desktop for Mac appear here too, and the ones you create on the phone appear there, because the list is the brandspace's, not the device's. Send a transfer covers the web and Mac paths.

A transfer fails or stays on "Uploading"

  1. Check the file size against your plan's cap; a file over it fails before the upload starts.
  2. Keep the app open on a stable connection for large uploads; switching from Wi-Fi to cellular mid-upload can interrupt it. A failed item shows Retry.
  3. If a transfer stays stuck, delete the upload and create it again. If it happens twice, contact us from the support form with the transfer title and the approximate time; that is enough for us to find it. We usually reply within one business day.
