Brault for iPhone signs you into brandspaces that already exist; it does not create accounts or brandspaces. That is by design: the app is a member's tool for the organization you work with, and the place to set up an organization is brault.app in a browser. Once you have an account, or a teammate has invited you, sign in on the phone and everything is there.
How to get an account
- On a computer, go to brault.app and create your account and brandspace, or accept the invitation email a teammate sent you. Invite members and assign roles shows how invitations work on the web.
- On your iPhone, open Brault, tap
Continue with Braultand sign in with the same email. Your brandspaces, including any with a pending invitation, appear in the selector at the top.
"Account not found" on the sign-in sheet
The email has no Brault account yet, or you signed in with a different provider than the one you registered with (for example Google instead of email and password). Try the provider you used on the web; if you never registered, create the account on brault.app first.
Plans, storage and billing
The Account tab shows how much of the brandspace storage is used and lets you manage the files you keep offline on the phone. Plans, billing, transfer caps and storage limits are managed on brault.app by the brandspace owner; the plans and limits page lists every cap. The app behaves the same on every plan, including Free.
