Your brand portal is the public page at the root of your brandspace address, for example https://acme.brault.app. Put that address in your website footer or menu under a name like "Brand portal" or "Press kit" and partners, dealers, press and clients get a branded front door: members sign in, everyone else asks for access from the same page. Every brandspace has a portal, on every plan including Free.
Copy your brand portal address
- Open
Settings, thenBrandspace, thenBrand portal. You need the Owner or Admin role (or a custom role with brandspace settings) to see this section. - Under the page header, the read-only field shows your public address, for example
https://acme.brault.app. Click the copy button inside the field.
Use this clean address, with nothing after the slash. The View page button next to it opens the portal with a ?stay=1 parameter so you, as a signed-in owner, see the portal instead of your dashboard. That parameter does nothing for visitors, but the clean address is the one to publish.
Add the link to your website
Add an entry to your footer or main navigation that opens the address. Keep the label simple and name the job, not the tool:
Brand portalfor brand assets, logos and guidelinesPress kitorMediafor press materialPartner portalorDealer resourcesfor partners and resellers
The HTML is one anchor:
<a href="https://acme.brault.app/">Brand portal</a>
Replace acme with your own brandspace username. A footer entry works best because it appears on every page of your site, so the portal is one click away wherever someone lands.
This is the same pattern brands use with any portal: a permanent entry on their own site that opens the place where approved assets live.
What visitors see
Someone who follows the link lands on your portal: your logo and name, the tagline and description you wrote, your cover image or video, and your website and social links if you added them. The page is always light, uses your brandspace accent color, and renders one of four layouts (Minimal, Cover, Split, Stage) that you pick in the same settings section.
- Members sign in with the form on the page and go straight to their dashboard.
- Everyone else sees
Not a member? Request access. They fill in their name, work email, company and an optional message, and you get a notification in the bell. You review requests inUsers and roles; approving one sends a normal invitation, rejecting one sends a short email. Nothing is granted automatically.
You can turn off the request form with the Allow access requests toggle in the settings section. The portal then shows sign-in only.
The portal is served with a noindex rule on every brandspace address, so it never shows up in Google by itself. People reach it through the link you publish.
Edit what the portal shows
Everything on the page comes from Settings โบ Brandspace โบ Brand portal: layout, tagline (80 characters), description (280), cover image (JPEG, PNG or WebP under 10 MB) or cover video (MP4, MOV or WebM up to 100 MB and 60 seconds), website, and up to two social links. The layout applies as soon as you click it; the other fields save with Save. The logo comes from your brandspace settings.
What the footer shows
On the Free and Lite plans the portal footer shows a small Powered by Brault button. From Pro up the footer shows ยฉ {your brandspace name} and no Brault mark. See Brault plans and limits for what each plan includes.
If your partners need the files themselves rather than a sign-in page, a shared folder link with the right access level is the better tool; the portal is the front door, the shared link is the delivery.
