How do I contact Brault support?

If you need help from a real person, Brault gives you two ways to reach support: a public contact form that needs no account, and, if you are signed in, a form built into the app. Both go to the same support team, and we usually reply within one business day.

Contact Brault from the help center

Go to brault.app/help/contact. The form asks for your email address, a subject, an area (Technical, Sales, or Marketing), and a message, plus an optional attachment up to 5 MB (PNG, JPG, MP4, or MOV). No Brault account is required, so this is the channel to use if you are not signed in or do not have an account yet. Click Send message to submit it.

Contact Brault from inside the app

If you are signed in, click the Help icon in the topbar and choose Help & Support from the menu. A dialog opens with the same kind of fields: Subject, Area (Technical, Sales, or Marketing, set to Technical by default), and Message, plus an optional attachment up to 5 MB (PNG, JPG, JPEG, MP4, or MOV). Click Send request to submit it.

How fast Brault support replies

We usually reply within one business day. That applies to every request, whichever form you use.

What to include in your message

A clear subject and a specific message, what you were doing and what happened, get you a faster answer than a one-line description. If your question is about a specific file, transfer, or workspace, name it so support can find it quickly.
