Air.inc pricing in 2026 has four plans: Free at $0 with 120 credits a month, Starter at $25 a month or $250 a year with 600 credits, Business at $900 a month billed annually ($1,100 month to month) with 30,000 credits, and Enterprise on quote with 60,000 credits. Credits are one monthly balance for storage (about 6 credits per GB) and AI generation (about 5 per image, 20 per video), and every plan has unlimited users. Air is a creative operations platform for storing, searching, reviewing and sharing creative assets, made by Air Labs in New York.
The model is easy to read for a light library and harder to forecast for a heavy one, because a month of AI generation and a terabyte of footage spend the same credits, and the step from Starter to Business is $25 to $900. This guide sets out what each plan includes, how credits and packs work, how the pricing changed since 2023 and what a team pays per year. What the product does beyond the price is in the Air.inc review, the feature-by-feature comparison in Air.inc vs Brault, and the ranked field in best Air.inc alternatives.
TL;DR
- Plans: Free $0 (120 credits), Starter $25 a month or $250 a year (600), Business $900 a month billed annually or $1,100 monthly (30,000), Enterprise custom (60,000).
- Credits pay for both storage (about 6 per GB a month) and AI generation; they do not roll over, and at zero, uploads stop.
- Starter grows with packs at $35 per 1,000 credits up to about 1.6 TB ($340 a month); past that, or for roles, API and Zapier, the next plan is Business.
- Users are unlimited on every plan; Enterprise lists at $2,500 a month on AWS Marketplace, plus $40 per extra full user.
- A team of three with 2 TB pays $10,800 a year on Air Business and $336 on Brault Pro.
How much does Air.inc cost in 2026?
Air publishes every self-serve price on air.inc/pricing and in its help center, split across two tabs: individuals and small teams (Free, Starter) and growing teams and large organizations (Business, Enterprise). The credit amounts, prices and inclusions below were read on both pages on 2026-10-04.
| Plan | Price | Credits a month | Storage at about 6 credits per GB | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 120 | about 20 GB | Unlimited users, the core workspace |
| Starter | $25 a month or $250 a year | 600, plus packs up to 9,000 more | about 100 GB, up to about 1.6 TB with packs | Passcode-protected links with expiration, Showcases |
| Business | $900 a month billed annually ($10,800 a year) or $1,100 month to month | 30,000, plus packs up to 29,000 more | about 5 TB | Advanced sharing, comment-only collaborators, CDN, public API, MCP server, Zapier, n8n, make.com |
| Enterprise | Custom; $2,500 a month on AWS Marketplace | 60,000, plus packs | about 10 TB | SSO (SAML 2.0), custom roles and Libraries, ad-performance analytics, custom integrations, onboarding and migration |
Verified 2026-10-04 on air.inc/pricing, Air's help center ("Explore Pricing & Plans", "Explore Credits") and Air's AWS Marketplace listing. Storage is Air's own conversion at about 6 credits per GB a month; AI generation reduces it.

Two details change the reading of the table. Users are unlimited on every plan, so a team never pays per seat on air.inc. And the features that teams usually need at ten or more people, user roles, the public API and Zapier, start on Business, so the jump from $25 to $900 can come from a permission need as well as from storage.
How do Air credits work?
Air credits are a monthly balance that a workspace shares between enriched storage and AI generation. Air's help center puts storage at about 6 credits per GB a month, recalculated continuously as the library grows or shrinks, and AI actions in Canvas at about 5 credits per generated image and 20 per generated video. The balance refreshes every month, including on annual billing, and unused credits do not roll over.

When a workspace reaches zero, Air enforces hard limits immediately: it blocks uploads and imports of new files and Canvas actions until credits are available, and shows banners at 90% and 100% of the monthly limit. Deleting assets returns their storage credits within the cycle. Paid plans can add recurring packs of 1,000 credits a month:
| Plan | Price per 1,000 credits a month | Maximum extra credits | What the maximum buys |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $35 ($420 a year) | 9,000 | Starter plus 9 packs: 9,600 credits, about 1.6 TB, $340 a month |
| Business | $30 ($360 a year) | 29,000 | 59,000 credits, about 9.8 TB |
| Enterprise | $20 ($240 a year) | 29,000 | Above the 60,000 included |
Pack prices and limits from Air's help center ("Explore Pricing & Plans"), verified 2026-10-04. The storage figures are our conversion at Air's 6 credits per GB.

The 2026 model is the cheapest Air has been for a freelancer with 20 GB (Free) and for a light team library (Starter plus a pack, about $60 a month for 200 GB). It is the most expensive Air has been for a small team whose library is measured in terabytes: three people with 2 TB paid $75 a month on 2023's per-seat Pro and pay $900 a month on Business today.
What does Air cost a team per year?
Air's cost is set by library size and permission needs, not by headcount. The table prices five common shapes on annual billing, next to Brault, which prices by storage with a small number of included users.
| Team | ||
|---|---|---|
| Freelancer, 20 GB | $0 (Free, 120 credits) | $48 (Lite, 200 GB) |
| 3 people, 200 GB | $670 (Starter $250 plus one pack at $420) | $336 (Pro, 2 TB, 3 users) |
| 3 people, 2 TB | $10,800 (Business; Starter tops out near 1.6 TB) | $336 (Pro, 2 TB, 3 users) |
| 10 people, 5 TB | $10,800 (Business, about 5 TB of credits) | $1,128 (Growth, 4 users + 6 at $4) |
| 40 people, 5 TB | $10,800 (Business, unlimited users) | $2,568 (Growth, 4 users + 36 at $4) |
Per year on annual billing. Air: plans and packs as listed above, verified 2026-10-04; storage at 6 credits per GB, before any AI generation. Brault: Lite $4 a month for 200 GB (1 user), Pro $12 a month for 2 TB with up to 3 users at $8 each, Growth $70 a month for 5 TB with 4 users included and $4 per extra user, billed annually, verified on brault.app/pricing.
Air is the less expensive choice in one row of five, the freelancer with a small library, and the two converge as headcount grows, because Air's users cost nothing extra. The gap is widest for a small team with a large library, which is the account the $25 to $900 step affects.
Three costs to check before choosing a plan
- AI generation spends storage credits. A month of Canvas images and videos comes out of the same balance as the library. Size the plan on both, not on gigabytes alone.
- Zero credits stop uploads. Credits do not roll over, and a workspace at zero cannot upload or import until the next cycle or a pack. Leave headroom on busy months.
- Permissions can force Business. User roles, the public API, Zapier and n8n start on Business at $900 a month billed annually, whatever the library size.
Is Air worth the price?
Air is worth its price for teams whose library fits its credits and whose people are many: unlimited users, conversational search, boards, approvals and a large integration set make Free and Starter strong value for light libraries, and Business good value for a large team with a few terabytes.
Worth it
Freelancers and teams with libraries under about 1.6 TB on Free or Starter, and large teams of 30 or more on Business, where unlimited users make the $900 a month spread thin.
Compare first
Teams of 3 to 20 with terabytes of video, or teams that need roles or the API. That shape lands on Business at $10,800 a year; price the year on a storage-based plan before the demo.
Different fit
Studios and agencies that deliver files to clients and want branded transfer pages and a storage allowance that AI use does not eat into.
What are the alternatives if Air pricing doesn't fit?
Three tools price on a different unit: per member, flat per plan with unlimited users, and per terabyte of storage. The full ranking is in best Air.inc alternatives.

- Free planYes; 2 GB, AI search, Boards, review and Brault Transfer, no card
- Watch outUsers are counted (1 on Free and Lite, up to 3 on Pro, 4 included on Growth); no native Figma or Canva apps
If credits are the problem, Brault prices by storage on a public page: $0 (Free, 2 GB), $4 a month (Lite, 200 GB), $12 a month (Pro, 2 TB, up to 3 users at $8 each) and $70 a month (Growth, 5 TB, 4 users included, $4 per extra user), billed annually ($5, $15 and $85 month to month), with extra storage at $9 per terabyte a month. Brault AI Search across 50+ formats, review and approval on the file, Boards and white-label sharing are included, and Brault Transfer (BTransfer) sends up to 250 GB per transfer on Growth, so AI use never draws down the library allowance. Where Air keeps the edge is unlimited users and its integration set; the feature verdicts are in Air.inc vs Brault.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Air.inc cost in 2026?
Air.inc has four plans in 2026: Free at $0 with 120 credits a month (about 20 GB), Starter at $25 a month or $250 a year with 600 credits (about 100 GB), Business at $900 a month billed annually ($10,800 a year) or $1,100 month to month with 30,000 credits (about 5 TB), and Enterprise on quote with 60,000 credits, listed at $2,500 a month on AWS Marketplace. Every plan has unlimited users; credits pay for both storage and AI generation (verified on air.inc and Air's help center, 2026-10-04).
How do Air credits work?
Air credits are a monthly balance a workspace shares between enriched storage and AI generation. Storage costs about 6 credits per GB a month, and AI actions cost about 5 credits per generated image and 20 per generated video. Credits refresh each month, unused credits do not roll over, and when a workspace reaches zero it is blocked from uploading or importing files and from AI actions until credits are available. Paid plans can add recurring packs of 1,000 credits: $35 on Starter (up to 9,000), $30 on Business and $20 on Enterprise (up to 29,000).
How much does a 2 TB library cost on Air?
A 2 TB library needs about 12,000 credits a month at 6 credits per GB. Starter tops out at 9,600 credits with packs (600 included plus 9,000 bought at $35 per 1,000, about $340 a month), so a 2 TB library lands on Business at $900 a month billed annually or $1,100 month to month. On Brault the same 2 TB is Pro at $12 a month billed annually with up to 3 users at $8 each, with AI search and review included.
Has Air.inc raised its prices?
Air has changed its pricing model several times. In 2023 it charged per seat (Plus $10 and Pro $25 per user a month); in early 2024 it moved to flat packages (Plus $83.33 and Pro $250 a month), raised to $250 and $500 in mid-2024, replaced them with Pro at $600 and Business at $1,100 a month in September 2025, and in April 2026 moved to credits with Free, Starter at $25 and Business at $900 a month billed annually. Light libraries pay less than in 2023; small teams with terabytes of footage pay more (Air pricing pages archived by the Wayback Machine).
Does Air.inc charge per user?
No. Every Air plan, Free included, has unlimited workspace users, and Air bills by credits instead. Seats matter only on the AWS Marketplace listing, which adds $40 a month per extra full user to Enterprise. User roles, the public API, Zapier and n8n start on Business at $900 a month billed annually, so teams that need them pay for the Business tier whatever their library size.
